Viaggen is operated by Drimer Creators SL, Spanish tax ID ESB09988577, with registered office at ROSA LEVERONI 3, 2 4 - 08960 SANT JUST DESVERN, BARCELONA.

Data we process

• Account, access, organisation, team and contact data.
• Projects, source materials, instructions, outputs, reviews and publications that the customer chooses to store in Viaggen.
• Limited technical data and logs needed for security, fraud prevention, reliability, support and auditability.
• Billing information and credit movements, without storing full payment-card details.

Instagram and Meta data

When a customer voluntarily connects a professional Instagram account, Meta returns an authorisation and the data Viaggen needs to provide the integration: account identifier, username and available basic profile data, granted permissions, expiry and connection status. Access credentials are stored in encrypted form.

We use this data only to identify and display the connected account, confirm that the authorisation remains active, configure publications, schedule or execute them when requested by the customer, check their status and resolve delivery errors.

Viaggen does not sell, rent or use Instagram or Meta data to build independent advertising profiles. The customer retains control of the connection and the content they choose to publish.

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the contracted service and carrying out actions requested by the user.
• Managing authorisations and integrations activated by the customer.
• Protecting accounts, preventing abuse, resolving incidents and retaining proportionate audit records.
• Meeting legal obligations and responding to rights requests.

Providers and data disclosure

We share data only with providers needed to operate the service —such as infrastructure, storage, generation, payments and the channels the customer chooses to connect— under the applicable conditions and safeguards.

When you publish to Instagram, the selected information and content are sent to Meta to execute that publication. We do not disclose data to third parties for their own commercial use.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

We retain data while the account or connection is active and for the limited periods needed for security, incident resolution and legal obligations.

You can disconnect Instagram from Integrations. You may also request an export or deletion of your account from Settings, respond to a deletion request initiated through Meta, or email privacy@viaggen.com. Deleting a connection removes its active token and associated derived identifiers.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and withdraw an authorisation without affecting prior lawful processing. Email privacy@viaggen.com and identify your account and request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

Security

We apply access controls, credential encryption, account and organisation separation, audit logs and measures designed to reduce unauthorised access. No system is infallible; we will investigate and report incidents as required by applicable law.
