Account and authorisation

• You must provide accurate information and protect access to your account.
• You may connect only accounts, brands, files and materials that you control or are sufficiently authorised to use.
• Organisation administrators may manage members, integrations and publications within their available permissions.

Instagram connection

A customer expressly initiates the connection of a professional Instagram account through Meta's authorisation process. Viaggen uses that authorisation only to display and manage the connected account, prepare publications and carry out publishing actions requested by the customer.

You can disconnect Instagram from Integrations. Once disconnected, Viaggen can no longer make new publications using that connection and removes its active credentials.

Publishing and scheduling

• The customer chooses the content, destination account, format, copy and whether to publish immediately or on a schedule.
• A publication is not complete until Meta confirms it. Delays, rejections or limits imposed by Meta may affect delivery.
• Viaggen may retry temporary errors in a controlled manner and shows each delivery's status for customer review.

Content, rights and approval

The customer is responsible for checking accuracy, usage rights, brand requirements, represented people and legal compliance before publication.

You must not upload materials, voices, images, brands or data that you have no right to use. Review, versioning and traceability tools help document approval but do not replace the customer's professional or legal judgement.

Credits, providers and availability

Credit-consuming generation actions are shown before confirmation. The duration and availability of models, storage and external channels may vary.

We may suspend access that compromises security, breaches these terms or places other users at risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

Privacy and applicable law

The Privacy policy explains how personal data is processed. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or user rights.
